How long do acrylic nails last?
With fills every 2–3 weeks, a set lasts 6–8 weeks or longer. HORA also does safe removal — never peel acrylics off yourself.
Acrylic or gel nails — which should I choose?
Acrylics are stronger and better for length — ideal if you want dramatic extensions that last 3–4 weeks. Gel looks more natural, feels lighter and is gentler on the natural nail, but suits shorter lengths. HORA's nail artists do both and will recommend based on your nail condition and lifestyle.
Do acrylic nails damage your natural nails?
Not when applied and — crucially — removed professionally. Damage almost always comes from peeling acrylics off at home, which strips nail layers. HORA applies with proper prep and removes by soaking, keeping the natural nail intact. Giving nails a breather between long-term sets also helps.
